We want you to be completely satisfied with your AirMesh Pro dual‑band Wi‑Fi 7 modem. This policy outlines our warranty, return, and refund procedures.
1. Warranty
All AirMesh Pro hardware comes with a 2‑year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or natural disasters.
2. Warranty Service
If you believe your product is defective, contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We may offer remote troubleshooting, and if necessary, we will arrange a repair or replacement. In the event a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
3. Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For defective items, we will also reimburse standard return postage upon presentation of a receipt.
5. Payment Policy
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Invoices are sent by email upon confirmation of your order.
